Skiing in Santa Barbara

You can ship your skis to the resort and have them waiting for you at the base of the mountain. If you decide to seek out the extreme, go on up to Snowbird: ranked #1 in north america by Outside magazine. The powder here and at next door Alta is famous worldwide. Extreme skiers and those looking for an adrenaline rush will enjoy the fresh stash of powder here. All three of these resorts are only 30 minutes from the airport once you land.
